Phase 4 brought with it many new Runes to discover in Season of Discovery, and has even added new available slots for Rune Engraving! Players can now Engrave Runes onto both Cloaks and Rings, with Rings being the slot for new class-agnostic Utility Runes - meaning any class can use them!

Blizzard has shared several adjustments coming to Warrior Runes in the Season of Discovery Phase 4 PTR; including changes to Raging Blow, Consumed By Rage, Blood Surge, and Endless Rage. Raging Blow has been adjusted: The damage of Raging Blow increased to 100% of weapon damage.
